The Syndicate Group is a blueprint of excellence that has unfolded across time. Late Shri Indra Mohan Goel (founder member), son of Late Shri Lotti Ram Goel started the business of manufacturing bicycle tyres & tubes branded in the name of Syndicate Tyres in the SSI unit at Meerut (Uttar Pradesh) in the name of Om Cycle Industries Private Limited. An Industrial unit in the name of OM Cycle Industries Pvt. Ltd. (OCIL) was set up in 1985 in Uttar Pradesh near Meerut, with a production capacity of 5 lakh bicycle tyres and 12 lakh bicycle jointed tubes per annum and now it has proudly grown up to a production capacity of 24 lakh bicycle tyres and 48 lakh bicycle jointed tubes. Today this factory produces top quality bicycle tubes and has built up an impeccable reputation for unmatched workmanship.
